I improved outreach and public awareness of the troupe through rebranding with a new logo, improving our online presence through consistently designing and posting on social media, designing, prototyping, and coding a website, reaching out for sponsorships, planning and coordinating events and performances, designing and selling merchandise, and reorganizing our internals for more efficient and scalable performance and event planning.

By improving outreach, NEU Dragon and Lion Dance Troupe has been able to operate more sustainably and has been invited to significantly more performances and events, allowing us to spread and teach dragon dance, lion dance, and traditional Chinese instruments which are increasingly rare yet important aspects of Chinese culture.
